anybody know whether Kimcrest land area necessary to do termite treatment ?

The developer is trying to have a meeting this end June abt new committee in Kim Crest.

Jsut wonder if existing team shld join in..meaning join force for betterment of whole PH.

Yeak, thanks for the posts, it is good to have all PH residents to share info among our 'dream home' .....

I have been there for a few times, and found that the existing guard house is the best location as it serve as the main entrance to Kimcrest and I believe the residents should not have any complaint about it.

Recently the developer had sent their men to every house asking the owner to sign the survey form that ask owner to decide whether to keep or demolish the guard house.

They should not do that because guard house is promised in the sales and purchase agreement of the houses in Puchong Hartamas, that this is a gated community.

The reason given was that MPSJ wanted to demolish it because it is unsafe. Also claiming some residents complain about it. Furthermore the guard house was build without approval by MPSJ. However developer could not produce any document or proof about this.

I am told by Andrew Wan that water supply to Puchong Hartamas is out on these days,

1. Fri - Sun (11 Apr - 13 Apr)
2. Fri - Sun (18 Apr - 20 Apr)

The Friday experience was the water supply was cut off around 10 PM. So do plan heavy water usage before that time.
